Ceramic brake pads
For an absolute minimum of brake dust
Cleaner wheels, happier customers
ATE Ceramic Brake Pads generate an absolute minimum of brake dust while still delivering safe, reliable stopping performance.
These brake pads are based on an advanced, high-technology friction formulation that, compared to conventional compounds, produces almost no wear debris. The low-dust operation of these brake pads ensures that valuable rims retain an attractive appearance longer. The innovative compound used in ATE Ceramic Brake Pads also reduces noise during braking, delivering ultra-quiet performance.
Engineered for OE fit, form, and function
ATE Ceramic Brake Pads are engineered to OE specifications for optimum fit, form, and function. They are application-matched to meet specific vehicle requirements. All pads include shims, chamfers, and wear sensors per OE vehicle specifications, along with the applicable OE hardware for fast, easy installation.
Ultra-quiet performance
ATE Ceramic Brake Pads meet strict European ECE R90 standards. This ensures that, despite producing less dust, they provide OE-level stopping power, ultra-quiet performance, and smooth, controlled stops.

Features & benefits
- Significantly less dust formation
- Better rim optics
- Reduced brake pad and brake disc wear
- No brake judder
- Reduced repair costs thanks to reduced service intervals
- High degree of safety
- Extensive application range

Features & info
- To achieve maximum comfort and the lowest possible dust production, we recommend combining ATE Ceramic brake pads with “normal” (smooth) rotors rather than drilled or slotted rotors.
- The service life of brake pads is highly dependent on the usage profile and pad temperatures. In general, ATE Ceramic brake pads wear significantly less than conventional (“low met”) brake pads, especially when braking under everyday conditions.
Certification

Good to know
- Direct replacements for standard brake pads
- Optimal in combination with ATE Coated Brake Rotors
- Provides the same braking safety as a conventional brake pad
We recommend
ATE Coated Rotors as a perfect match for the ATE Ceramic brake pads.
